Je soustanoviteljica Društva za poslovno etiko in etično voditeljstvo ter članica strokovnega sveta društva. Redno se udeležuje domačih (znanstvenih in strokovnih) in mednarodnih konferenc s področja managementa. Svoje prispevke objavlja v domačih in mednarodnih revijah.

Matej Černe

Dr. Matej Černe je izredni profesor za področje managementa in organizacije na Ekonomski fakulteti Univerze v Ljubljani. V raziskovalnem, pedagoškem in svetovalnem delu se osredotoča na inovativnost, ustvarjalnost, organizacijsko vedenje in psihologijo ter vodenje v digitalni dobi. Za svoje raziskovanje je prejel številne mednarodne nagrade in objavljal v najboljših revijah s področja managementa. Deluje kot član uredniških odborov v znanstvenih revijah in je aktiven v mednarodnih raziskovalnih združenjih. V preteklosti je deloval kot vodja Laboratorija za odprte inovacijske sisteme na Centru odličnosti COBIK, kjer se je ukvarjal s so-ustvarjanjem prebojnih rešitev za visokotehnološko podjetništvo v Sloveniji in Jadranski regiji. V okviru platforme Co-Invest se je ukvarjal s coachingom potencialnih podjetnikov na področjih tehnik spodbujanja ustvarjalnosti in oblikovanja poslovnih modelov. S področja spodbujanja ustvarjalnosti, managementa sprememb, digitalne preobrazbe in inovacijskih sistemov je bil del številnih izobraževalnih programov ali delavnic v podjetjih, kot so npr. Nikolaos Dimitriadis

Nikolaos Dimitriadis (MBA, PhD) has been applying neuroscience and behavioral sciences in marketing, communications, leadership and education for over a decade. He is the co-author of the book "Neuroscience for Leaders: A Brain Adaptive Leadership Approach" for Kogan Page Publishers, London, and spoke at TEDx University of Strathclyde about the urgent need for Brain-Based Communications. He is a certified neuromarketer and an award-winning communications professional (International PR Association Award, SABRE Award by Holmes Report and other international and national awards). He lectured at the Neuromarketing Manager Certificate Program at the Hamburg Media School among top Neuromarketing experts in the world. As a lecturer at Sheffield University Management School in the UK he was announced by MBA students as the best lecturer in the program. He has received both his PhD and his MBA from the University of Sheffield. Lazar Dzamic

Lazar Džamić is a lecturer in Digital Marketing at the Faculty for Media and Communications in Belgrade (FMK) and one of the foremost brand and marketing strategists in the region, with more than 20 years of strategic marketing experience in one of the most competitive markets in the world. He is a former Head of Brand Planning in Google’s creative think tank ZOO in London, where he created the strategy team and introduced to the industry two of the world’s first Creative Data Scientists. His mission at Google was to ‘turn light into heat’: a vast amount of Google data into surprising and deep insights for creating great brand stories. Prior to Google, he also served as a Strategy Director in several London creative agencies and was one of the first digital strategists in the United Kingdom. He worked on campaigns and programmes for some of the UK’s most loved brands such as Tesco, John Lewis, Waitrose, Virgin Holidays, Nando’s etc. After his return from London, Lazar is a much sought-after trainer for digital marketing transformation, working with some of the biggest local and regional clients such as Telenor, Mercator, Adidas, Erste Bank and others. He is also a member of the Serbian Prime Minister’s Creative Council, advising on aspects of developing Serbia’s creative sectors. Aaron Marko ima več kot 20 let izkušenj iz vodenja in prodaje, kakor tudi več kot 18 let izkušenj kot voditelj treningov in coach. Na noge je postavil slovensko podružnico Microsofta in jo kot direktor vodil 5 let. Napredoval je na mesto regijskega direktorja Microsofta za vzhodno Evropo, kjer je vodil ekipo sodelavcev v 10 različnih državah. V letu 2000 je bil nominiran med tri najboljše managerje Microsofta s celega sveta. Kasneje se je pridružil mednarodnemu izobraževalnemu podjetju Gustav Käser Training International in ustanovil franšize v Sloveniji, na Hrvaškem, v Makedoniji, Srbiji, Romuniji in Indiji. Dr. Miha Škerlavaj, je redni profesor za področje managementa na Ekonomski Fakulteti v Ljubljani in pridruženi redni profesor vodenja in organizacijskega vedenja na BI Norwegian Business School. Je cenjeni predavatelj, moderator delavnic in nagrajeni raziskovalec z objavami v prestižnih mednarodnih znanstvenih revijah kot so Academy of Management Journal, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Leadership Quarterly in Human Resource Management. Ramon Diaz-Bernardo

Ramon Diaz-Bernardo is a full-time Professor of Marketing at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, and a Visiting Professor at School of Economics and Business – University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. He holds a degree in Engineering from Universidad de Oviedo (Spain), an MSc in Engineering by the University of Nottingham, an MBA from ESDEN Business School, Madrid, and he received his Ph.D. in Business Administration (Marketing) from IESE Business School in Barcelona. Professor Diaz-Bernardo is currently the Director of the IE-Travel Club Loyalty Research Centre, a research centre dedicated to investigate the field of customer loyalty. He also serves as Academic Director of the IE-Coursera Marketing Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs). Dr Diaz-Bernardo teaches strategic marketing at MBAs, Executive MBAs, Executive Education and In-Company programs. His research and consulting interest is focused in services marketing, and more specifically in Tourism Marketing both in the private side of Tourism (the hospitality and restaurant industry) and in the public side of Tourism (national tourism organizations NTOs and tourism promotion institutions). Professor Diaz-Bernardo serves regularly as a consultant for the United Nations World Tourism Organization and for both private and public companies and institutions in the Tourism and Hotel Sector in Europe and America. Dr Diaz-Bernardo is an active member of the Academy of Marketing and the American Marketing Association, where he is a regular contributor at their annual meetings. Furthermore he has been visiting professor at Cornell University (USA), Reykjavik University (Iceland), ESSEC Business School (Paris), INCAE (Costa Rica), Hong Kong Polytechnic (Hong Kong), IAE Business School (Argentina) and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Chile), among other international business schools.

Tamara Pavasović Trošt

Tamara Pavasović Trošt is an Associate Professor of Sociology at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Harvard University (2012) and a M.A. in Political Science from Syracuse University. Her research interests include identity politics, nationalism, and youth values, and qualitative and mixed methods. Previously, she was a visiting professor at the University of Graz, and spent the 2015-16 year as a Fung Fellow at Princeton University. She is the co-editor of Changing Youth Values in Southeast Europe: Beyond Ethnicity (Routledge, 2018) and Europeanization and Memory Politics (Palgrave, 2021) and many articles on identity politics, schools, and youth.
