Let’s talk about how Marketing Automation supports Growth. Today any company, whether is a startup an SME or a big company needs to embark onto what’s called Marketing Automation. The digital area, where all clients reside today, is moving towards micro-segmentation, ad-persona, and hyper-targeted solution and promotions. They all are activities which are impractical and very costly to perform by humans. In this respect, Marketing Automation comes to play a fundamental role.
The goal of this training is to provide a theoretical background on how to set up Marketing Automation in your company and what are the essential ingredients required as well as the benefits and the potential pitfalls.

The first part of the training will introduce and align knowhow on general CRM and Engagement strategy.
The second part we will focus on Marketing Automation, and how this is essential to assure sustainable growth of a company in the competitive digital arena.
In the third part, we will engage in a practical example of how to set up Automation using a specific Tool and implement a specific CRM Campaign.

Pier Francesco Geraci

Pier Francesco Geraci is a start-upper, top manager and consultant, with more than 20 years of experience, specialized in the Digital Industry who enjoyed a great part of his experience in the Italian Gambling sector. He is an electronic engineer, has a Master of Science in Chaos Theory and after attending the London Business School he begun his career as a consultant for the global leading consulting firm Bain & Company. Today Pier is an angel investor in digital start-ups, he is also teaching Web Marketing at LUMSA University and Customer Management at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome.
