Jon Gruda, is an assistant professor in Organisational Behaviour at the National University of Ireland Maynooth. His research topics are focused on the study of leadership, as well as socio-cognitive processes and individual differences. The second research stream focuses on the intersection between technology and human behavior, emotional intelligence, organizational psychology and experimental design, particularly emotional perception and regulation at the workplace. Renata Barić earned her Bachelor and Master’s degree at Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb. Also, she graduated in psychology and finished her Masters and Doctoral degree at Department of psychology, Faculty of Arts at University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Today she is a professor at Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb. She is the author of more than 150 scientific and professional papers, her field of scientific interest are motivation, leadership in sport, motor learning and psychological preparation of athletes. She is an initiator and a president of program committee of Sport psychology symposium which every two year assembles sport psychologists from Croatia and wider region. Beside her academic and scientific activities, she uses her professional knowledge in everyday sport practice as a sport psychologist, working with numerous elite, young and perspective athletes in the field of psychological preparation. She writes popular articles about sport psychology and book chapters, and presents the results of her professional work in different conferences and professional meetings. Nikolaos Dimitriadis (MBA, PhD) has been applying neuroscience and behavioral sciences in marketing, communications, leadership and education for over a decade. He is the co-author of the book "Neuroscience for Leaders: A Brain Adaptive Leadership Approach" for Kogan Page Publishers, London, and spoke at TEDx University of Strathclyde about the urgent need for Brain-Based Communications. He is a certified neuromarketer and an award-winning communications professional (International PR Association Award, SABRE Award by Holmes Report and other international and national awards). He lectured at the Neuromarketing Manager Certificate Program at the Hamburg Media School among top Neuromarketing experts in the world. As a lecturer at Sheffield University Management School in the UK he was announced by MBA students as the best lecturer in the program. He has received both his PhD and his MBA from the University of Sheffield. Dr. Dimitriadis is the Faculty's Regional Director for Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina and he is frequently lecturing at the Sheffield Executive MBA in East and Southeast Europe. Lazar Džamić is a lecturer in Digital Marketing at the Faculty for Media and Communications in Belgrade (FMK) and in Business School Lausanne (BSL). He is one of the foremost brand and marketing strategists in the region, with more than 20 years of strategic marketing experience in one of the most competitive markets in the world.
He is a former Head of Brand Planning in Google's creative think tank ZOO in London, where he created the strategy team and introduced to the industry two of the world’s first Creative Data Scientists. His mission at Google was to ‘turn light into heat’: a vast amount of Google data into surprising and deep insights for creating great brand stories. Prior to Google, he also served as a Strategy Director in several London creative agencies and was one of the first digital strategists in the United Kingdom. He worked on campaigns and programmes for some of the UK’s most loved brands such as Tesco, John Lewis, Waitrose, Virgin Holidays, Nando’s etc.
After his return from London, Lazar is a much sought-after trainer for digital marketing transformation, working with some of the biggest local and regional clients such as Telenor, Mercator, Adidas, Erste Bank and others.

Miha Škerlavaj, is a vice dean at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana, professor of management and an adjunct professor of leadership and organizational behavior at BI Norwegian Business School. Christian Gostečnik is a full professor of Marital and Family Therapy, Psychology of Religion and Pastoral Psychology at the Faculty of Theology, University of Ljubljana. He received his Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology (Argosy University, 1995), in Theology (University of Ljubljana, 1997) and in Psychology (University of Ljubljana, 1999). He is the author of numerous scientific books, articles and research projects. He developed the innovative approach called Relational Family Therapy. He is a marital and family therapist, a supervisor and a founder and director of Franciscan Family Institute in Ljubljana.
