The Talent management strategy is determined by the business priorities and underlying HR philosophy. The choice of the Talent management approach has high significance both on business continuity as well on psychological contract between employee and the employer.

Some of the questions that we will discuss about are following: How does the organization empower all the individuals to innovate, experiment and learn? What is the impact of labeling someone as talent on the rest of the team?

In the session we will deep dive into two different Talent philosophies: Inclusive and Exclusive. Inclusive Talent management encourages growth mindset and stimulates the environment for people to develop their potentials and strengths. On the other extreme, exclusive Talent management develops the selected few individuals who accelerate their readiness to take up more complex leadership positions. What is the right approach for your organization?

Both philosophies have distinguished opportunities and “blind spots” that impact business results, as well the engagement, performance and employee experience with the organization.
