Lazar Džamić

Lazar Džamić is a lecturer in Digital Marketing at the Faculty for Media and Communications in Belgrade (FMK) and one of the foremost brand and marketing strategists in the region, with more than 20 years of strategic marketing experience in one of the most competitive markets in the world. He is a former Head of Brand Planning in Google's creative think tank ZOO in London, where he created the strategy team and introduced to the industry two of the world’s first Creative Data Scientists. His mission at Google was to ‘turn light into heat’: a vast amount of Google data into surprising and deep insights for creating great brand stories. Prior to Google, he also served as a Strategy Director in several London creative agencies and was one of the first digital strategists in the United Kingdom. He worked on campaigns and programmes for some of the UK’s most loved brands such as Tesco, John Lewis, Waitrose, Virgin Holidays, Nando’s etc. After his return from London, Lazar is a much sought-after trainer for digital marketing transformation, working with some of the biggest local and regional clients such as Telenor, Mercator, Adidas, Erste Bank and others. He is also a member of the Serbian Prime Minister’s Creative Council, advising on aspects of developing Serbia’s creative sectors. He is the creative industries consultant for The European Bank for Development and Reconstruction, trainer at the regional PwC Academia, an ex-journalist, contributor to The Guardian and also a best-selling non-fiction author in Serbia. He is a regular speaker at global and regional conferences on topics of digital marketing and brand storytelling. His latest book, The Definitive Guide to Strategic Content Marketing was published by Kogan Page in July 2018.

Anja Svetina Nabergoj

Anja Svetina Nabergoj je izredna profesorica za podjetništvo na Ekonomski fakulteti v Ljubljani, kjer poučuje podjetniške predmete po t. i. design thinking metodologiji. Od leta 2011 je predavateljica na Hasso Plattner Institute of Design na Stanfordski univerzi, kjer vodi poslovna izobraževanja o inovativnosti in ustvarjalnosti za predstavnike vodilnih svetovnih in Fortune 500 podjetij. Je ustanovna članica skupine Research as design, ki je razvila program za uvajanje design thinking metodologije v doktorski študij in znanstveno raziskovanje. S skupino ChangeLabs na Stanfordu uči podiplomski interdisciplinarni predmet “Collaborating with the future: Launching Large-Scale Sustainable Transformations” in razvija metodologijo za razvoj obsežnih intervencij, kot so zmanjšanje porabe energije in dostop do zdravstvenih in finančnih storitev v državah v razvoju ter vodi projekte in delavnice za naročnike, kot so Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, JetBlue, Visa, GM, Kellogg, Hyatt in Genentech. Pri svojem delu s podjetji se osredotoča predvsem na to, kako posameznikom in skupinam v podjetjih pomagati razviti ustvarjalni potencial in vgraditi inovativnost v vsakodnevne poslovne procese. S skupino iz podjetja SPA je razvila podiplomski predmet »Organizational Psychology of Design Thinking«, ki se osredotoča na strateški razvoj inovativnosti v velikih podjetjih. Svoje znanje redno prenaša tudi v slovenska podjetja in organizacije. Anja verjame v moč empatije in poglobljenega razumevanja uporabnika za uspešen razvoj in implementacijo inovacij.

Nikolaos Dimitriadis

Nikolaos Dimitriadis (MBA, PhD) has been applying neuroscience and behavioral sciences in marketing, communications, leadership and education for over a decade. He is the co-author of the book "Neuroscience for Leaders: A Brain Adaptive Leadership Approach" for Kogan Page Publishers, London, and spoke at TEDx University of Strathclyde about the urgent need for Brain-Based Communications. He is a certified neuromarketer and an award-winning communications professional (International PR Association Award, SABRE Award by Holmes Report and other international and national awards). He lectured at the Neuromarketing Manager Certificate Program at the Hamburg Media School among top Neuromarketing experts in the world. As a lecturer at Sheffield University Management School in the UK he was announced by MBA students as the best lecturer in the program. He has received both his PhD and his MBA from the University of Sheffield. Dr. Dimitriadis is the Faculty's Regional Director for Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina and he is frequently lecturing at the Sheffield Executive MBA in East and Southeast Europe. His opinions are often featured in business and mainstream media, most notably in INC.COM. As a consultant, trainer and management coach he has worked with companies and institutions such as IKEA, IBM, Nestle, Molson Coors, Johnson & Johnson, Banca Intesa Sanpaolo, Holcim, Pierre Fabre, Coca Cola, Raiffeisen Bank, Plaza Centers, Rauch, Teekanne, USAID, GIZ, Merrill Lynch, UK Embassies in the SEE region, Opportunity Bank and others. He is a mentor of startups at the ICT HUB, Belgrade, Serbia. He is a Head of Neuro Consulting Services at Optimal HR Group and previous to that he was the CEO of Trizma Neuro, a cutting-edge Customer Neuroscience company. He is a passionate supporter of brain-friendly communications, holistic research, constant brand innovation and of a results-driven, human-based corporate culture.

Robert Kaše

Robert Kaše je izredni profesor za področje managementa in organizacije na Katedri za management in organizacijo na Ekonomski fakulteti Univerze v Ljubljani ter gostujoči predavatelj na Toulouse Business School. Raziskovalno se ukvarja s socialnimi omrežji, strateškim managementom človeških virov, karierami in delom v timih. Svoje raziskovalno delo redno objavlja v uglednih mednarodnih znanstvenih in strokovnih revijah, deluje pa tudi kot član uredniških odborov vodilnih revij na področju managementa človeških virov. Je ambasador HR divizije združenja Academy of Management za Slovenijo in mreže 5C, ki se ukvarja s primerjalnimi vidiki karier ljudi v več kot 30-tih državah sveta. Deluje kot član strokovnih svetov za izobraževanje odraslih pri Ministrstvu za izobraževanje, znanosti in šport ter strokovnega sveta Zavoda za zaposlovanje RS. Pogosto se pojavlja v vlogi organizatorja znanstvenih in strokovnih srečanj ter kot predavatelj zaključenim skupinam strokovnjakov in managerjev v uglednih domačih in mednarodnih podjetjih. Ker trdno verjame v nujnost povezovanja raziskovalne dejavnosti s prakso, redno dela na aplikativnih strateških projektih v gospodarstvu.

Nada Zupan

Nada Zupan je redna profesorica za management na Ekonomski fakulteti v Ljubljani, kjer se je zaposlila leta 1992 po štirih letih dela v praksi. Doktorirala je leta 1999 z disertacijo Ravnanje s človeškimi viri v slovenskih podjetjih, magistrirala pa leta 1990 v ZDA na Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Od leta 2013 do 2017 je bila predstojnica Katedre za management in organizacijo, je tudi akademski koordinator programa dvojnih diplom s korejskimi partnerskimi univerzami. Poleg pedagoškega dela na dodiplomskem in podiplomskem študiju EF, kjer predava predmete, povezane z managementom človeških virov in poslovnim komuniciranjem (v slovenščini in angleščini), predava tudi na programih EF v Makedoniji in Bosni in Hercegovini, več let pa je tudi sodelovala kot gostujoča predavateljica z IESEG, Lille, Francija in KNU, Daegu, Koreja. Vključuje se tudi v raziskovalno delo na fakulteti in je doslej sodelovala v več raziskovalnih projektih, trenutno največ pozornosti namenja projektu GETM3 (Global Entrpreneurial Talent Management) v okviru pobude MSCA Rise, Horizont 2020. Njena glavna raziskovalna področja so strateški management človeških virov, človeški kapital in kompetence, management talentov, sistemi zagotavljanja uspešnosti zaposlenih ter sistemi plač in nagrajevanja. Objavila je prek 60 znanstvenih in strokovnih prispevkov z omenjenih področij ter se udeležila več domačih in mednarodnih konferenc. Je avtorica knjige Nagradite uspešne in sourednica knjige Menedžment človeških virov. Ceni povezovanje teorije s prakso, zato pogosto sodeluje pri managerskih usposabljanjih in izvaja svetovalne projekte. Vrsto let se aktivno vključuje tudi v razvoj kadrovske stroke v Sloveniji kot članica Slovenske kadrovske zveze, kjer je sedaj članica strokovnega sveta, prej pa je bila članica predsedstva zveze in predsednica ljubljanskega društva za kadrovsko dejavnost.

Mojca Indihar Štemberger

Mojca Indihar Štemberger se kot profesorica, raziskovalka in svetovalka že več kot 20 let aktivno ukvarja z managementom informatike, prenovo poslovnih procesov in digitalno transformacijo. Kot vodja projekta ali sodelavka je nabrala veliko izkušenj iz prakse pri več projektih na teh področjih v zasebnem in javnem sektorju. Rezultate svojega raziskovalnega dela je objavila v več kot 30 znanstvenih in strokovnih člankih. Trenutno je tudi vodja magistrskega študijskega programa Poslovna informatika.

Miha Škerlavaj

Miha Škerlavaj je zaposlen na Ekonomski Fakulteti v Ljubljani kot prodekan za raziskovalno delo in redni profesor za področje management. Na BI Norwegian Business School pa deluje kot pridruženi redni profesor za vodenje in organizacijsko vedenje. Doktoriral je na Ekonomski fakulteti Univerze v Ljubljani. Doma in v tujini predava predvsem predmete kot so Management in organizacija, Ustvarjalnost in inovativnost, Ravnanje z ljudmi pri delu ter Medkulturni management. Raziskovalno se ukvarja s področjem sodobnih konceptov in orodij managementa (management ustvarjalnosti in inovativnosti, management sprememb, medčloveški odnosi v organizacijahj). Sodeluje pri večih nacionalnih in mednarodnih združenjih (Academy of Management, European Association for work and Organizational Psychology) in projektih z naštetih področij. Je avtor številnih nagrajenih znanstvenih in strokovnih člankov (npr. Harvard Business Review, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Leadership Quarterly, Human Resource Management) ter soavtor večih knjig (Učeča se organizacija, Capitalizing on creativity) in študije primera pri INSEAD Publishing. Aktiven je tudi kot recenzent in urednik pri več mednarodnih revijah ter konferencah s področja managementa in organizacije. Pogosto predava in raziskuje na uglednih tujih univerzah in znanstvenih ter strokovnih konferencah. Skozi svetovalne projekte, študije, seminarje in poslovne akademije je aktivno povezan z gospodarstvom. V Sloveniji, na Norveškem, Kitajskem in drugod po svetu vodi delavnice in projekte s področij managementa ustvarjalnosti in inovativnosti, vodenja sprememb, razvoja vodij in ravnanja z ljudmi pri delu.

Previously the Global Competitive Intelligence Practice Lead for Ogilvy Consulting (aka OgilvyRED), he possesses vast experience in Consulting – Ogilvy, ÜBERBRANDS – and in FMCG – Diageo, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Red Bull, United Coffee, Heineken. Held leadership roles in Competitive Intelligence, Strategy, Marketing, and Sales, both locally and globally. A distinguished Fellow by the Council of Competitive Intelligence Fellowship, he Chairs the SCIP Portugal Chapter and he is an Invited Lecturer for University Masters and Post Graduations (education institutions, courses, and evaluations on the Organizations tab below) and also for LJUBLJANA MBA program at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana. Author of Social Market Intelligence (SMINT), the first Competitive Intelligence approach in real-time, and INNOVaction, an end-to-end innovation program spanning from the fuzzy front-end to its evaluation. Graduated from NOVA SBE in Economics with a specialization in Marketing and accredited with a CIP-II (Master of Competitive Intelligence) by ACI – Academy of Competitive Intelligence. He is currently a Ph.D. Candidate at NOVA IMS Information Management School specializing in Information and Decision Systems.

Mojca Kunšek

mag. Mojca Kunšek, direktorica Agencije RS za javnopravne evidence in storitve (AJPES), je habilitirana predavateljica in magistrica ekonomskih znanosti, članica Združenja manager, Evropskega registrskega združenja (EBRA) ter prejemnica nagrade Artemida za trajni prispevek k ženskemu managementu. Svojo poslovno pot je gradila pretežno v gospodarstvu, AJPES vodi od leta 2013, zadnjih 10 let se intenzivno ukvarja tudi z osveščanjem uporabnikov o pomenu odgovornega vstopanja v podjetništvo in uporabi podatkov pri sprejemanju poslovnih odločitev. O tem priča vrsta strokovnih člankov v različnih strokovnih medijih, predstavitev različnim stanovskim združenjem in predavanj študentom ter bodočim podjetnikom.
